We offer best-in-class mechanical breakdown protection (more commonly referred to as extended auto warranties). Our product is underwritten by Mercury Insurance Group whom has rating of A+ from A.M. Best. Mercury has been offering extended auto protection to consumers since 1974.

It is easy to participate in our program. Follow these simple steps:

1) Complete the form below
2) Agree to the terms (click "I Agree")
3) A second page will appear. Bookmark this page (so you or your webmaster can return to it later)
4) Have your webmaster "cut and paste" the provided HTML code for the text link, and optionally, one or more of the banners into your website where appropriate

That's it! The html code for each text link or banner contains your unique auto-POM! affiliate code. This will identify you and allow us to give you credit for sales that result from visitors that you send to the auto-POM! website.

In exchange for your participation, we will pay $35 for each visitor referred from your website, that results in a purchase of an extended warranty from us.

You (the Affiliate) agree to provide accurate contact information including an email address where we can contact you if necessary.
If Your email address cannot be used for Paypal payment You agree to provide an accurate postal address where payment can be mailed.
auto-POM! agrees not to share your confidential information with any third party.
You agree to install the indicated text link and optionally one or more of the banners using the exact HTML (provided on the next page)
You agree not to alter the html code provided or add additional marketing material without pre-approval and written permission from auto-POM!
auto-POM! will pay you $35 for each visitor, referred from your website (bearing your unique affiliate code) if that visitor becomes an auto-POM! customer (purchases extended mechanical breakdown protection policy/contract).
auto-POM! will send payment via PayPal (preferred) or check (if an address is provided as part of your application) at the end of each month.
If your email address cannot be used for payment via PayPal, You must provide a postal address (so we can pay you).
At the end of each calendar year, auto-POM! will report the amount we paid to You if it exceeds $600 or more (this is required by the IRS). If this is necessary, we will contact You to obtain your tax ID number.
You agree that your relationship between auto-POM! and you (the Affiliate) is that of an independent contractor.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time provided the terminating party notifies the other party within 72 hours of desired termination date. Upon termination, You, the Affiliate, agree to promptly remove the banner and link to auto-POM!
